Do I need a reservation for a tour?
Reservations are required. You can make a reservation online, by calling metroConnections at 612-333-8687 or by contacting your hotel concierge or bellman.

When should I arrive for my tour?
Please arrive to the tour bus 10-15 minutes prior to listed departure time.

9:30 a.m. Marriott City Center/Radisson Plaza - Seventh Street Marriott side
9:40 a.m. Hilton - 11th Street entrance
9:45 a.m. Hyatt Regency/Millennium - Nicollet Mall Hyatt side
10:30 a.m. Mall of America - North Side Taxi/Shuttle Location (across from IKEA between Nordstrom and Sears)

Where should I park?
If you are taking your tour from Mall of America, you should park at Mall of America in the parking lot adjacent to the NORTH SIDE TAXI & SHUTTLE SERVICE DROP-OFF location. If that lot is full, then please park in one of the mall's ramps and walk. Please allow yourself extra time for parking in the event the adjacent lot is full. If you are departing from a downtown hotel, you can park in the nearest parking ramp to the hotel and wait at the hotel's assigned pick-up location. Please check in with the Concierge to let them know you're planning to pick up the tour.

Do I need tickets for a child under 6 years of age?
Children 5 and under are free when not occupying a paid seat (except for the Minneapolis/Mississippi tour). Two children rates are allowed per paid adult.

What do I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must be made by 9:00AM the day of tour to receive a refund. Holiday Lights Tours require that you cancel 7 days prior to the tour date. No refunds will be given if canceled less than 7 days prior to the tour date.

Do you have private tours for small groups?
Yes, please call to inquire about special private tours and group charters.

Am I supposed to tip my tour guide?
Gratuities are not included in the price of the tour.
